The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. A collision led to Landersleav getting a freekick after 2 minutes play. Georg Heldager received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Alex Aamose tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Anders Haarslev fell near the penalty area in the 27th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Landersleav's protests and gave Anders Haarslev a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Landersleav getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Anders Haarslev hit a great ball. Georg Heldager's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Alex Aamose read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 28th minute of play. With his leg Timo Otterdahl managed to avoid a goal in the 30thth minute, when Landersleav's Balthasar Hundrup fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Alex Aamose made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ricki Ebenezerson in the 33rd minute of play. In the 36th minute, Orla Mannov reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Timo Otterdahl. The goal made the score 1-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Al Denize in the 42nd minute of play forced Landersleav's goalkeeper Alex Aamose to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Timo Otterdahl showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Orla Mannov in the 44th minute of the match. Orla Mannov fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Timo Otterdahl having to interfere. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

The wind increased when Al Denize made the kick off in the second half. Orla Mannov received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Timo Otterdahl tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Balthasar Hundrup in the 53rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Timo Otterdahl prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 59th minute, Ricki Ebenezerson made a precise shot to the right of Alex Aamose. Landersleav's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. Alex Aamose made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Al Denize in the 62nd minute of play. 64 minutes into the match, Helletofte FC's goal looked a bit too open when Balthasar Hundrup came free, but Timo Otterdahl reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Balthasar Hundrup fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Timo Otterdahl having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Helletofte FC's Fredrik Hjelming got a free kick in the 68th minute. When Landersleav's Balthasar Hundrup in the 71st minute got a chance for a shot 71st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. With an all-out effort, Helletofte FC's Alex Aamose threw himself towards the right post 74 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Al Denize, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Landersleav's Alex Aamose played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ricki Ebenezerson in the 75th minute of play. Balthasar Hundrup received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Timo Otterdahl tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 79th minute, Erling Darting hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Fredrik Hjelming kicked well hit freekick during the 81st minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Orla Mannov in the 92nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Timo Otterdahl saved Helletofte FC from getting behind. 95 minutes into the match, Balthasar Hundrup had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Timo Otterdahl. Helletofte FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Balthasar Hundrup was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-2.
