Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Bruno Schutz scored 0-1 in the 3rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Johan Thyren, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Jacques Vereeken kicked well hit freekick during the 7th minute of the match. In the 9th match minute, Rye BK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ambrosius Skårdal to maneuver through the defense. When Ambrosius Skårdal fell near the penalty area in the 12th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Rye BK's protests and gave Ambrosius Skårdal a yellow card for diving instead. After 13 minutes of play, toledo united's Frans Uter made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Johan Thyren was left in no man's land by his defense there! Johan Thyren showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jacques Vereeken, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. Emanuele Di Ruscio took the ball and in the 18 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Johan Thyren. Johan Thyren dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. Frans Uter received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Johan Thyren tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 25 minutes into the match, toledo united's Rudi Frydahl sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Johan Thyren narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Bruno Schutz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 26th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Johan Thyren made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Frans Uter in the 28th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Emanuele Di Ruscio in the 29th minute of play forced Rye BK's goalkeeper Johan Thyren to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of toledo united booed when Rye BK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ambrosius Skårdal didn't get a good kick on the ball. Johan Thyren made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Emanuele Di Ruscio in the 33rd minute of play. Johan Thyren showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rudi Frydahl in the 35th minute of the match. In the 38th minute, Frans Uter made a precise shot to the right of Johan Thyren. Rye BK's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-4. Johan Thyren came out of the goal in the 42nd minute to try and stop a shot by toledo united's Emanuele Di Ruscio. But to his dismay, Emanuele Di Ruscio quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-5. Johan Thyren made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Frans Uter in the 45th minute of play. Rudi Frydahl sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After the first half toledo united were leading 0-5. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.
The wind increased when Kevin Kjølstad made the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the game, Emanuele Di Ruscio was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. toledo united's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Rye BK the free kick. In the 53rd minute, Emanuele Di Ruscio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Johan Thyren took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bruno Schutz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Emanuele Di Ruscio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Johan Thyren tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Rye BK's defense didn't have a chance, in the 60th minute, when Frans Uter scored to the left of an out of position Johan Thyren, making the score, 0-6. In the 65th minute, Oliver Nyström got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Rudi Frydahl sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Frans Uter had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Asmus Dyvig hit a great freekick 78 minutes into the match. Emanuele Di Ruscio received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Johan Thyren came out and tried to block the shot, but Emanuele Di Ruscio slotted it home off the left post making it 0-9 in the 80th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Emanuele Di Ruscio kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Johan Thyren. That made the score 0-10 in the 84 minute of play. Frans Uter sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Frans Uter recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 90th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Rye BK's Kevin Kjølstad suffered a torn muscle in his foot after 91 minutes and couldn't finish the game. 91 minutes into the game, Waldemar Nibling was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. toledo united's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Rye BK the free kick. In the 93rd match minute, toledo united was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Waldemar Nibling to maneuver through the defense. Rye BK's Johan Thyren played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bruno Schutz in the 94th minute of play. After 95 played minutes Rye BK got a freekick which was hit by Ambrosius Skårdal.
