Tycho Gervin was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Jimmy Tauser was extremely unlucky when he, in the 11th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. After having played for 13 minutes, Jakob Helmersen managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Skovsgaarde's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jakob Helmersen was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpected shot in the 15th minute by Svenne Korslund got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. If Svenne Korslund had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Aastrup FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 18th minute, when Jimmy Tauser scored to the left of an out of position Hagbart Qvonje, making the score, 1-1. 20 minutes into the match, Skovsgaarde's goal looked a bit too open when Jan-Arne Støen came free, but Tycho Gervin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Skovsgaarde getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. Henrik Baasch hit a great ball. When Aske Annesen fell near the penalty area in the 23rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Aastrup FC's protests and gave Aske Annesen a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Aastrup FC's Aske Annesen got a free kick in the 23rd minute. Aastrup FC's Hagbart Qvonje played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jimmy Tauser in the 24th minute of play. The supporters of Skovsgaarde booed when Aastrup FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jimi Grenover didn't get a good kick on the ball. Tycho Gervin came out of the goal and Manfred Edström tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Jakob Helmersen charged in rather forcefully in the 35th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jakob Helmersen the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Aastrup FC booed when Skovsgaarde was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jakob Helmersen didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Claes Vilspang in the 42nd minute of play forced Skovsgaarde's goalkeeper Tycho Gervin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tycho Gervin came out of the goal in the 44th minute to try and stop a shot by Aastrup FC's Elmeri Blinka. But to his dismay, Elmeri Blinka quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Tycho Gervin made an important save on a dangerous shot by Aske Annesen in the 59th minute. Manfred Edström fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tycho Gervin having to interfere. When Elmeri Blinka came up free with the goalie in the 66th minute, the Aastrup FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Elmeri Blinka couldn't finish the play. After a defensive mix-up in Skovsgaarde's zone, Claes Vilspang stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tycho Gervin came out of the goal and Claes Vilspang tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Aske Annesen was extremely unlucky when he, in the 70th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Elmeri Blinka hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. In the 81st minute, Aske Annesen reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Tycho Gervin. The goal made the score 1-3. In the 85th minute Aske Annesen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tycho Gervin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Skovsgaarde's Waldemar Freiler got a free kick in the 86th minute. After a rather tough play, Aastrup FC's Claes Vilspang got a free kick in the 90th minute. Aske Annesen's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Tycho Gervin read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 92nd minute of play. In the 94th minute Elmeri Blinka shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tycho Gervin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
