With a couple of smart ball manuevers Máté Gerencsér in the 4th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Detlef Guldhjem saved Hero from getting behind. Máté Gerencsér scored 1-0 in the 6th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Detlef Guldhjem, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Rikardt Ørnsbo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Hero's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Harry Gisløv in the 14th minute. In the 22nd minute Vagn Mandøe shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Janus Bøjgren saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Viking Warriors booed when Hero was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hektor Techen didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 29 played minutes Hero got a freekick which was hit by Asbjørn Benved. A hard shot 41 in the game by Máté Gerencsér from a close distance when the talented Detlef Guldhjem managed to make a qualified save. Hero's players were relieved. 42 minutes into the match, Máté Gerencsér notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of Hero's Detlef Guldhjem. Detlef Guldhjem was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Máté Gerencsér was the one to do the kick off. 52 minutes into the match, Hero's goal looked a bit too open when Terkil Holfelt came free, but Detlef Guldhjem reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Rikardt Ørnsbo came up free with the goalie in the 57th minute, the Viking Warriors fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Rikardt Ørnsbo couldn't finish the play. In the 58th match minute, Viking Warriors was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Christian Jacobs to maneuver through the defense. In the 63rd minute, Máté Gerencsér left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Viking Warriors fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-0. Viking Warriors's Rikardt Ørnsbo got a good chance for a goal in the 67th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Hero's Detlef Guldhjem played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rikardt Ørnsbo in the 75th minute of play. After 79 minutes, Máté Gerencsér made it 6-0 with a short kick to the right side. Hero's Detlef Guldhjem tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. 85 minutes in the game, the ball went up into the seats when Viking Warriors's Rikardt Ørnsbo fired away a shot that was just a little bit too high. He walked away shaking his head. Janus Bøjgren made a fantastic save in the 88th minute, when Vagn Mandøe sent off a good shot on target. A collision led to Hero getting a freekick after 97 minutes play. Vagn Mandøe hit a great ball. The supporters of Viking Warriors booed when Hero was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 98 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hektor Techen didn't get a good kick on the ball. There was no doubt that Viking Warriors were the better team. Viking Warriors's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
