Didrik Faldal showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from David Herstad, who was totally free with the ball in the 4th minute. In the 8th match minute, AC Østerlars was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Earl Kjær to maneuver through the defense. Aguirre Monzon charged in rather forcefully in the 9th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Aguirre Monzon the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 10th minute of the match Kris Noander shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Didrik Faldal showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 12th match minute, AC Østerlars was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Filiberto Bide to maneuver through the defense. When AC Østerlars's Earl Kjær in the 17th minute got a chance for a shot 17th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Gettrup SIK's goalie prevented a goal. Orla Haxmark made a fantastic save in the 19th minute, when Bo Baand sent off a good shot on target. 21 minutes into the match, Gettrup SIK's goal looked a bit too open when Earl Kjær came free, but Orla Haxmark reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. AC Østerlars's Didrik Faldal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adib Ovi in the 27th minute of play. In the 31st minute, Isak Krontoft hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Orla Haxmark made a fantastic save in the 38th minute, when Bo Baand sent off a good shot on target. Antonello Ragazzoni struck a weak shot in the 41st minute. Orla Haxmark didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for AC Østerlars. Svetaslav Navojka kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Kris Noander made a kick off. After 50 played minutes Gettrup SIK got a freekick which was hit by Witalis Rybak. AC Østerlars's Antonello Ragazzoni got a good chance for a goal in the 61st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Earl Kjær in the 67th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Orla Haxmark saved Gettrup SIK from getting behind. Orla Haxmark made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jonatan Lilienvald in the 68th minute of play. David Herstad received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Didrik Faldal tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 76 minutes into the match, Gettrup SIK's goal looked a bit too open when Jonatan Lilienvald came free, but Orla Haxmark reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Orla Haxmark showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bo Baand in the 78th minute of the match. In the 80th minute, Bo Baand got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 87 minutes had been played when some careless play by Gettrup SIK's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Svetaslav Navojka was slow to take the kick. During this time AC Østerlars's players had a chance to rest. Filiberto Bide kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, AC Østerlars's Bas Delcroix got a free kick in the 92nd minute. Esben Dyrking could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 94th minute of the match, but Didrik Faldal made a huge save. In a very dangerous position, a player in AC Østerlars fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 95th minute. Penalty! Gettrup SIK's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
