Bo Baand's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Vilfred Degener read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 16th minute of play. Egernføde Boldklub's Vilfred Degener played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jonatan Lilienvald in the 20th minute of play. Vilfred Degener showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jonatan Lilienvald, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. Earl Kjær did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 2-1 to the left of a surprised Vilfred Degener 22 minutes into the match. Didrik Faldal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ferdinand Rosenvad in the 25th minute of play. Ferdinand Rosenvad spun around in front of the goal 26 minutes in the game, and got away a shot that, to his disappointment, went to the left of AC Østerlars's goal. Bjørn Martensen kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. Vilfred Degener showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jonatan Lilienvald, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. Didrik Faldal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ferdinand Rosenvad in the 36th minute of play. Egernføde Boldklub's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. Earl Kjær took the ball and in the 58 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Vilfred Degener. Vilfred Degener dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-2. 63 minutes into the match, Egernføde Boldklub's goal looked a bit too open when Earl Kjær came free, but Vilfred Degener reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Vilfred Degener showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jonatan Lilienvald in the 64th minute of the match. In the 73rd minute Bo Baand shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vilfred Degener saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
