After a rather tough play, Mittelort's Jorge Fonseca got a free kick in the 8th minute. 13 minutes into the match, Mittelort's goalkeeper Moises Abeijon had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Elias Lavaux. After 14 played minutes Roitzheim got a freekick which was hit by Elias Lavaux. Winfried Mühlhäuser received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Wolfgang Dallmeier tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Mittelort's defense didn't have a chance, in the 16th minute, when Elias Lavaux scored to the left of an out of position Moises Abeijon, making the score, 1-0. With a little luck, Mittelort's Moises Abeijon got control of the ball when Elias Lavaux tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 25 played minutes Roitzheim got a freekick which was hit by Okanay Kunter. After a rather tough play, Roitzheim's Fidelio Weispfenning got a free kick in the 27th minute. Moises Abeijon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Elias Lavaux in the 30th minute of play. In the 33rd minute, Nils Aschenberger hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Moises Abeijon showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Okanay Kunter in the 40th minute of the match. Moises Abeijon showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Elias Lavaux, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. 45 minutes into the match, Winfried Mühlhäuser had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Wolfgang Dallmeier. Roitzheim's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Winfried Mühlhäuser was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Pascal Colombo was the one to do the kick off. Pascal Colombo might have been able to make a better finish in the 52nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Moises Abeijon. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Pascal Colombo ran back to his position shaking his head. 54 minutes into the match, Mittelort's goal looked a bit too open when Pascal Colombo came free, but Moises Abeijon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Roitzheim's Wolfgang Dallmeier played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nils Aschenberger in the 58th minute of play. 60 minutes into the match, Roitzheim's goal looked a bit too open when Winfried Mühlhäuser came free, but Wolfgang Dallmeier reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 63 played minutes Mittelort got a freekick which was hit by Jorge Fonseca. Moises Abeijon showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pascal Colombo, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. After having played for 67 minutes, Pascal Colombo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Roitzheim's supporters crossed their fingers, but Pascal Colombo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Nils Aschenberger hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. 70 minutes into the game, Pascal Colombo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Roitzheim's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Mittelort the free kick. In the 70th match minute, Roitzheim was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pascal Colombo to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Roitzheim getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Marcus Halm hit a great ball. The supporters of Mittelort booed when Roitzheim was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 85 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ovid Niestroj didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Winfried Mühlhäuser in the 86th minute of play forced Roitzheim's goalkeeper Wolfgang Dallmeier to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 91 minutes into the match, Roitzheim's goal looked a bit too open when Cem Özdemir came free, but Wolfgang Dallmeier reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 91 played minutes Roitzheim got a freekick which was hit by Ovid Niestroj. Moises Abeijon didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Elias Lavaux went, in the 96th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-2 was the resulting score. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
