In the 9th minute, Szilárd Újváry sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and ÇılgınGençler ☾✯RüyaArena's Jorge Campos didn't even have to move. Hamburg Fighters's Pavlos Konstantakakis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Finn Frigger in the 13th minute of play. Pavlos Konstantakakis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Finn Frigger, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Finn Frigger took the ball and in the 19 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Pavlos Konstantakakis. Pavlos Konstantakakis dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. In the 22nd minute Finn Frigger shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pavlos Konstantakakis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Pavlos Konstantakakis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vahur Haas in the 27th minute of the match. Szilárd Újváry could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 28th minute of the match, but Jorge Campos made a huge save. Szilárd Újváry sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Pavlos Konstantakakis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fritz Molau in the 33rd minute of the match. Hamburg Fighters's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Vahur Haas ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Vahur Haas got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Pavlos Konstantakakis quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Hamburg Fighters's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Szilárd Újváry in the 42nd minute. After 44 played minutes Hamburg Fighters got a freekick which was hit by Enrico Piccirilli. After some fancy dribbling in the 45th minute, Vahur Haas managed to get in a good position for a shot. ÇılgınGençler ☾✯RüyaArena's supporters rose to their feet, but Vahur Haas was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Pavlos Konstantakakis breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 47 played minutes Hamburg Fighters got a freekick which was hit by Szilárd Újváry.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Finn Frigger stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Enrico Piccirilli lost his temper 53 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. In a very dangerous position, a player in Hamburg Fighters fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 53rd minute. Penalty! Pavlos Konstantakakis had in the 54thth minute some difficulties stopping Vahur Haas's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Pavlos Konstantakakis stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Fritz Molau's shot from short distance in the 57th minute. Pavlos Konstantakakis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Finn Frigger in the 59th minute of play. Finn Frigger sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Pavlos Konstantakakis came out of the goal in the 67th minute to try and stop a shot by ÇılgınGençler ☾✯RüyaArena's Vahur Haas. But to his dismay, Vahur Haas quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. Desiderio Avellaneda fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pavlos Konstantakakis having to interfere. Fritz Molau sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Finn Frigger received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Pavlos Konstantakakis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the match had gone on for 83 minutes, Gianluca Balla put it in 2-2 from a short distance just to the right of Jorge Campos. Jorge Campos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Szilárd Újváry, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. After having played for 89 minutes, Vahur Haas managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. ÇılgınGençler ☾✯RüyaArena's supporters crossed their fingers, but Vahur Haas was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Hamburg Fighters's supporters rose to their feet, but Szilárd Újváry was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jorge Campos breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
