Lubomír Jalůvka took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jacek Mlýnek, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 19th match minute, FC Varnsdorf Warriors was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Petr Mareš to maneuver through the defense. If Albert Şerbănescu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 31 minutes, Albert Şerbănescu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Osek's supporters crossed their fingers, but Albert Şerbănescu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 35 minutes into the game, Osek's Rainerio Videgaray nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Josef Binder made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. The supporters of FC Varnsdorf Warriors booed when Osek was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mario Paulík didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jacek Mlýnek scored 1-2 in the 45th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Lubomír Jalůvka, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The Osek players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. FC Varnsdorf Warriors were winning 1-2.

Osek's Lubomír Jalůvka proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 56th minute of the match, managed to save Osek from getting a goal against them. FC Varnsdorf Warriors's Milan Růžek got a good chance for a goal in the 73rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 75th match minute, FC Varnsdorf Warriors was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zbyšek Sivok to maneuver through the defense. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jacek Mlýnek during the 78th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Albert Şerbănescu charged in rather forcefully in the 85th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The crowd rose to their feet as FC Varnsdorf Warriors's Jacek Mlýnek slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Lubomír Jalůvka. That made the score 2-4 after 94 minutes of play. The Osek supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching FC Varnsdorf Warriors's performance. The match ended with a win for FC Varnsdorf Warriors.
