A wasted opportunity for Osek. When Albert Şerbănescu, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 10 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Ivo Tlustý was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. 11 minutes into the game, Miloš Junek was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Osek's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FC Hostovnice the free kick. The supporters of FC Hostovnice booed when Osek was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Miloš Junek didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jiří Michalík hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. If Albert Şerbănescu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 17th minute, Dalimil Kocurek hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Mario Paulík kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. Albert Şerbănescu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 24 played minutes FC Hostovnice got a freekick which was hit by Jiří Michalík. Alojz Žampach kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. An unexpected shot in the 38th minute by Rainerio Videgaray got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Rainerio Videgaray received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Ivo Tlustý tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Albert Şerbănescu was the one to do the kick off. A collision led to FC Hostovnice getting a freekick after 51 minutes play. Zdeněk Balák hit a great ball. Albert Şerbănescu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Albert Şerbănescu in the 56th minute of play forced FC Hostovnice's goalkeeper Ivo Tlustý to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Albert Şerbănescu in the 57th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ivo Tlustý saved FC Hostovnice from getting behind. Ivo Tlustý came out of the goal in the 59th minute to try and stop a shot by Osek's Albert Şerbănescu. But to his dismay, Albert Şerbănescu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. If Albert Şerbănescu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Albert Şerbănescu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Miloš Junek fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ivo Tlustý having to interfere. In the 82nd minute, Lukáš Bouma hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 84th minute, Albert Şerbănescu left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Osek fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. The audience was convinced that Albert Şerbănescu's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ivo Tlustý was relentless in the 89th minute of the game. If Albert Şerbănescu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
