After taking down the ball on Brütten's corner Alexander Bettinelli fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Dave Mader quite easily take care of the ball. Clint Paly fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dave Mader having to interfere. Dave Mader showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Peppone Traugott, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Peppone Traugott in the 45th minute of play forced Cala's goalkeeper Dave Mader to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.

Yan Fossati showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Armand Theijs, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Clint Paly kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Dave Mader. That made the score 0-3 in the 74 minute of play. Luigi Dresner kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. 91 minutes into the match, Cala's goalkeeper Dave Mader had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Clint Paly. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Brütten eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
