The supporters of Cala booed when Uebeschi Rangers was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Metin Kayaalp didn't get a good kick on the ball. Stanislav Yakovlev made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pierre Van Geertruyden in the 15th minute of play. Dave Mader showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Florian Lagnaz, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. 19 minutes into the game, Florian Lagnaz recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Dave Mader. Florian Lagnaz showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-1. Cala's Dave Mader played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Florian Lagnaz in the 32nd minute of play. With a little luck, Cala's Dave Mader got control of the ball when Felipe Bachelard tried to sneak it across the goal line. Dave Mader showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ole Grotto, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. Metin Kayaalp was slow to take the kick. During this time Uebeschi Rangers's players had a chance to rest. A nice corner shot did that Metin Kayaalp got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Dave Mader quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Cala's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
