Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Massimo Beschmann in the 11th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Matthias Biland prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When the match had gone on for 11 minutes, Massimo Beschmann put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Matthias Biland. Matthias Biland made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gus Tanner in the 14th minute of play. Matthias Biland showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Massimo Beschmann, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. Garfield Cotti's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Hugo Wennersten firmly grabbed it by the left post. In the 32nd minute, Gus Tanner ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Matthias Biland was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. In the 36th minute Gregory Fah shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Matthias Biland saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 39th minute, Marco Amsel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Matthias Biland showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gregory Fah in the 47th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gus Tanner in the 48th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Matthias Biland saved Lionel hay uno solo from getting behind. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

The wind increased when Gus Tanner made the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Lionel hay uno solo's Domingo Berger got a free kick in the 55th minute. Gus Tanner could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 58th minute of the match, but Matthias Biland made a huge save. After a rather tough play, Lionel hay uno solo's Raphael Schlafli got a free kick in the 61st minute. With a little luck, Lionel hay uno solo's Matthias Biland got control of the ball when Massimo Beschmann tried to sneak it across the goal line. Lionel hay uno solo's Domingo Berger got his second yellow card of the match in the 65th minute. The referee ordered Domingo Berger off the ground. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gus Tanner got free with Matthias Biland in the 81st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Matthias Biland made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gus Tanner in the 83rd minute. Hugo Wennersten showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Augustin Kupper in the 85th minute of the match. Matthias Biland was out of position in the 91 minute of play, and Gregory Fah capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Gregory Fah really showed his touch with that goal: 1-3. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. FC Eichenwies walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
