Garfield Cotti fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arndt Tittone having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Charles Zacchia in the 9th minute of play forced Lionel hay uno solo's goalkeeper Matthias Biland to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Bottens's Charles Zacchia in 14 game minutes managed to cut through with the ball in front of the goal, only having to shoot. Matthias Biland guarding the goal like a pit bull was extremely focused and managed to reach the ball just by the crossbar before it went in. Arndt Tittone didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Duong Gruenenfelder went, in the 15th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. Lionel hay uno solo's Matthias Biland played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Beltrame Arnold in the 25th minute of play. In the 27th minute Bottens were awarded a corner. Ulric Laforge went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led Bottens's Karl Bleyer to fire away a dangerous shot which Matthias Biland despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Beltrame Arnold during the 33rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Bottens's Beltrame Arnold got a free kick in the 33rd minute. Matthias Biland took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Charles Zacchia, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Beltrame Arnold in the 40th minute of play forced Lionel hay uno solo's goalkeeper Matthias Biland to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Beltrame Arnold had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 46 minutes of play, Bottens's Charles Zacchia made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Matthias Biland was left in no man's land by his defense there! After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Charles Zacchia to make the kick off. The supporters of Lionel hay uno solo booed when Bottens was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Beltrame Arnold didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Garfield Cotti came up free with the goalie in the 55th minute, the Lionel hay uno solo fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Garfield Cotti couldn't finish the play. Thomas Mehri's late challenge caught a Lionel hay uno solo's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Thomas Mehri helped the player get up and apologised. In a very dangerous position, a player in Bottens fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 62nd minute. Penalty! A collision led to Bottens getting a freekick after 67 minutes play. Randolph Hörler hit a great ball. After 68 played minutes Lionel hay uno solo got a freekick which was hit by Ivan Bach. 70 minutes into the match, Darius Eberhart notched a goal, 2-2, to the right of Lionel hay uno solo's Matthias Biland. Matthias Biland was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Augustin Kupper recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 73rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Bottens's Arndt Tittone played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Duong Gruenenfelder in the 74th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Duong Gruenenfelder's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Arndt Tittone was relentless in the 75th minute of the game. Lionel hay uno solo's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Ferris Willi in the 77th minute. Arndt Tittone came out of the goal in the 84th minute to try and stop a shot by Lionel hay uno solo's Duong Gruenenfelder. But to his dismay, Duong Gruenenfelder quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-2. After 87 played minutes Lionel hay uno solo got a freekick which was hit by Ivan Bach. After some fancy dribbling in the 88th minute, Ulric Laforge managed to get in a good position for a shot. Bottens's supporters rose to their feet, but Ulric Laforge was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Matthias Biland breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 89th minute, Ivan Bach hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Matthias Biland took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Karl Bleyer, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 96th minute, Karl Bleyer hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Lionel hay uno solo's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
