Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Dolf Tilemans got the match started through his kick off. In the 4th minute the ball was on its way in behind SK Westrozebeke's goalkeeper Frederick Van Lint, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 9th minute, Dolf Tilemans got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Guust Van der Vorst struck a weak shot in the 12th minute. Frederick Van Lint didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Willemeau. Willemeau's Bertan Helsens played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dolf Tilemans in the 14th minute of play. In the 16th minute, Robbe Demeyer hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The crowd rose to their feet as Willemeau's Jeffrey Valckeneers slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Frederick Van Lint. That made the score 1-0 after 20 minutes of play. A collision led to Willemeau getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Alek Salms hit a great ball. Dean Verengen took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 28th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Bertan Helsens. Willemeau's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Gilian Spoelberch kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. Jeffrey Valckeneers blasted a shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Frederick Van Lint having to make a save. Robbe Demeyer recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 35th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 37 minutes into the match, Robbe Demeyer had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Bertan Helsens. Willemeau's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Robbe Demeyer was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. Bertan Helsens stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Dolf Tilemans's shot from short distance in the 42nd minute. Dolf Tilemans sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Jeffrey Valckeneers made a kick off. The supporters of Willemeau booed when SK Westrozebeke was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ief Owerckx didn't get a good kick on the ball. Frederick Van Lint showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jeffrey Valckeneers in the 54th minute of the match. When Jeffrey Valckeneers came up free with the goalie in the 65th minute, the Willemeau fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jeffrey Valckeneers couldn't finish the play. 69 minutes into the match, SK Westrozebeke's goal looked a bit too open when Jeffrey Valckeneers came free, but Frederick Van Lint reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, SK Westrozebeke's Jannick Van Der Linden got a free kick in the 70th minute. Frederick Van Lint showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Guust Van der Vorst in the 71st minute of the match. SK Westrozebeke's Dolf Tilemans got a good chance for a goal in the 72nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Dolf Tilemans received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Bertan Helsens came out and tried to block the shot, but Dolf Tilemans slotted it home off the left post making it 1-3 in the 73rd minute. Robbe Demeyer could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 77th minute of the match, but Bertan Helsens made a huge save. Frederick Van Lint showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Guust Van der Vorst in the 79th minute of the match. After 82 minutes of play, Willemeau's Stein Schouters made it 2-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Frederick Van Lint was left in no man's land by his defense there! Bertan Helsens made a fantastic save in the 85th minute, when Robbe Demeyer sent off a good shot on target. In the 89th minute, Dolf Tilemans ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Bertan Helsens was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-4. An unexpected shot in the 94th minute by Robbe Demeyer got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. In the 96th match minute, SK Westrozebeke was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aaron De Jaeger to maneuver through the defense. SK Westrozebeke's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
