Xander Libreghts fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marco Van Acker having to interfere. Cornelis Owerckx showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Robert Ek in the 16th minute of the match. After 17 played minutes Robert Ek rounded Sint-Jans-Molenbeek's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 3-0. Cornelis Owerckx was out of position in the 27 minute of play, and Robert Ek capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Robert Ek really showed his touch with that goal: 4-0. After 30th play minutes Robert Ek shot 5-0, a short shot which went by Cornelis Owerckx and just under the crossbar into goal. Cornelis Owerckx showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Robert Ek, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Robert Ek in the 34th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Cornelis Owerckx prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Cornelis Owerckx showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Robert Ek in the 38th minute of the match. In a very dangerous position, a player in Sint-Jans-Molenbeek fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 39th minute. Penalty! Cornelis Owerckx went to the wrong direction when Marc De Mees was taking care of the penalty kick which however missed the goal. 齐迪星 could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 42nd minute of the match, but Cornelis Owerckx made a huge save. Cornelis Owerckx showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Robert Ek in the 44th minute of the match. Sint-Jans-Molenbeek's Cornelis Owerckx played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Robert Ek in the 47th minute of play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Artuur Reynaerts made a kick off. After a rather tough play, SV Club RUPEL's Marc De Mees got a free kick in the 51st minute. 55 minutes into the game, Robert Ek cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 6-0. Cornelis Owerckx was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Robert Ek recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 58th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 61st minute, Xander Libreghts managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sint-Jans-Molenbeek's supporters rose to their feet, but Xander Libreghts was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Marco Van Acker breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. SV Club RUPEL were furious when Sydney Cunha was red carded, 64 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. 64 minutes into the game, one of SV Club RUPEL:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Cornelis Owerckx stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Robert Ek's shot from short distance in the 70th minute. SV Club RUPEL's Karl Gyselinck got a good chance for a goal in the 75th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Robert Ek received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Cornelis Owerckx tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Artuur Reynaerts came up free with the goalie in the 80th minute, the Sint-Jans-Molenbeek fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Artuur Reynaerts couldn't finish the play. After 85 minutes, Francis Anthonis mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Sint-Jans-Molenbeek and the SV Club RUPEL players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 85th minute, Francis Anthonis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Denis Van Der Meren took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 86th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Cornelis Owerckx. Sint-Jans-Molenbeek's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Marc De Mees charged in rather forcefully in the 87th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Marc De Mees the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 87 played minutes SV Club RUPEL got a freekick which was hit by Marc De Mees. Robert Ek's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Cornelis Owerckx read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 90th minute of play. After 92 played minutes Artuur Reynaerts rounded SV Club RUPEL's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 6-2. SV Club RUPEL's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
