Matias Vereijt stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Robert Ek's shot from short distance in the 28th minute. 齐迪星 got a fine position in front of goal ttaking advantage of the opportunity to rumble in 5-1 in the right cross in the 29th match minute before Matias Vereijt had time to react. 36 minutes into the match, 齐迪星 had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Matias Vereijt. Machelen's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that 齐迪星 was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 6-1. When Denis Van Der Meren fell near the penalty area in the 40th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored SV Club RUPEL's protests and gave Denis Van Der Meren a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to SV Club RUPEL getting a freekick after 41 minutes play. Denis Van Der Meren hit a great ball.

With a little luck, SV Club RUPEL's Marco Van Acker got control of the ball when Richy De Tapp tried to sneak it across the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Richy De Tapp got free with Marco Van Acker in the 54th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Richy De Tapp fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marco Van Acker having to interfere. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gert-Jan De Beck couldn't finish the play. If Yanniek Laporte had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 98 minutes into the match, Machelen's goal looked a bit too open when 齐迪星 came free, but Matias Vereijt reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. SV Club RUPEL walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
