Pieter-Maarten Demeulemeester showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Benjamin Carberry in the 36th minute of the match. In the 39th minute, Silver Squad AFC's Loid De Keuster dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 8-0. 42 minutes into the match, Damazy Radzyminski dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Pieter-Maarten Demeulemeester, 9-0. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 9-0.

In the 69th minute, Benjamin Carberry ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Pieter-Maarten Demeulemeester was frozen by the shot and now it was 13-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bror Litenboks in the 72nd minute of play forced Rani Boys's goalkeeper Pieter-Maarten Demeulemeester to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 76th minute Frans Van Caubergen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pieter-Maarten Demeulemeester saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 78 minutes into the game, Damazy Radzyminski cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 14-0. Pieter-Maarten Demeulemeester was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Damazy Radzyminski in the 84th minute of play forced Rani Boys's goalkeeper Pieter-Maarten Demeulemeester to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Frans Van Caubergen took the ball and in the 87 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Pieter-Maarten Demeulemeester. In the 92nd minute, Benjamin Carberry made a precise shot to the right of Pieter-Maarten Demeulemeester. Rani Boys's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 18-0. If Diedrik Reiniers had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Silver Squad AFC walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
