The audience thought a goal was coming when Romain Berrewouts got free with Ronaldinho Taffarel in the 69th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. KFC Hamont-Achel's Ronaldinho Taffarel proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 71st minute of the match, managed to save KFC Hamont-Achel from getting a goal against them. A collision led to Fox Hunting Squad getting a freekick after 73 minutes play. Julien Cappels hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in KFC Hamont-Achel's zone, Romain Berrewouts stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ronaldinho Taffarel came out of the goal and Romain Berrewouts tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 85 minutes into the match, Fox Hunting Squad's Romain Berrewouts sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ronaldinho Taffarel narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The supporters of Fox Hunting Squad booed when KFC Hamont-Achel was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lars Teurfs didn't get a good kick on the ball. Romain Berrewoutss short, quick shot in the 87thth minute got Ronaldinho Taffarel to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In a very dangerous position, a player in KFC Hamont-Achel fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 90th minute. Penalty! A collision led to KFC Hamont-Achel getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Hugo Claessens hit a great ball. The KFC Hamont-Achel fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Fox Hunting Squad were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
