Tommas De Vleeschauwere showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ants Laanemets, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. Dito da Cunha blasted a shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Han Zhen Han having to make a save. In the 36th match minute, Scorpions United was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Stijn Olemans to maneuver through the defense. Han Zhen Han took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dito da Cunha, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Karel Van Aertvin during the 45th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Scorpions United booed when FC Margi was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pieter-Jan Buelens didn't get a good kick on the ball. Erwin-Alexander Weygaerts's late challenge caught a Scorpions United's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card.
