Spectators: 151 (Terracing: 114, Seating: 34, VIP seats: 3) Dalmore's Joseph De Coster started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After 7 played minutes FC Margi got a freekick which was hit by Kevin Rijmenams. Dre Teunis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lucas Sterckmans in the 14th minute of the match. Tomas Huijbrechs kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joseph De Coster in the 17th minute of play forced FC Margi's goalkeeper Robbie Van Leempoel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Robbie Van Leempoel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tomas Huijbrechs in the 27th minute of play. Dalmore's Dre Teunis proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 31st minute of the match, managed to save Dalmore from getting a goal against them. Robbie Van Leempoel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joseph De Coster, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. 40 minutes into the game, Dalmore's Tomas Huijbrechs nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Robbie Van Leempoel made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Lucas Sterckmans to make the kick off. A collision led to FC Margi getting a freekick after 51 minutes play. Gert Ketelers hit a great ball. Dre Teunis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lucas Sterckmans in the 55th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Tomas Huijbrechs got free with Robbie Van Leempoel in the 57th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 72nd match minute, Dalmore was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kristiaan Van Den Broeck to maneuver through the defense. Gert Ketelers scored 2-2 in the 73rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Dre Teunis, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Robbie Van Leempoel was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Joseph De Coster showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-3 in the 76 minute of play. Robbie Van Leempoel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joseph De Coster, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tomas Huijbrechs could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 82nd minute of the match, but Robbie Van Leempoel made a huge save. FC Margi's Robbie Van Leempoel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alfred Leers in the 84th minute of play. Lucas Sterckmans charged in rather forcefully in the 84th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Lucas Sterckmans the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 84th match minute, FC Margi was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lucas Sterckmans to maneuver through the defense. In the 86th match minute, FC Margi was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Teun Demarrez to maneuver through the defense. Robbie Van Leempoel acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 87th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Tomas Huijbrechs. The supporters of FC Margi booed when Dalmore was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tuur Wiggers didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gert Ketelers recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 92nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Dalmore played a much better game than FC Margi and deserved their victory. The FC Margi players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
