The supporters of Wesselbend booed when KFC Vliegplein was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Endel Darmer didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 24 played minutes, KFC Vliegplein's Piet Van Bostraeten shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Jurgen Goris came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in KFC Vliegplein reached it. 26 minutes into the match, Wesselbend's goal looked a bit too open when Paul-Louis Jannes came free, but Jurgen Goris reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jurgen Goris didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Paul-Louis Jannes went, in the 26th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. The supporters of KFC Vliegplein booed when Wesselbend was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Timy Verengen didn't get a good kick on the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Philipp Van Emelen in the 36th minute a chance for a shot on goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ferdinand Weijnants in the 64th minute of play forced Wesselbend's goalkeeper Jurgen Goris to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Supporters and players were both delighted with the win, as Wesselbend had held the ball for most of the match.
