Cyrille Huynh could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 32nd minute of the match, but Valer Spiridon made a huge save. In the 33rdth minute of the game Cyrille Huynh who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC SIRINHO's Valer Spiridon was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Eric Mihăileanu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leonard Alupoaie in the 37th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Cyrille Huynh got free with Valer Spiridon in the 42nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Cyrille Huynh could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 46th minute of the match, but Valer Spiridon made a huge save. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Leontin Bungeanu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Valer Spiridon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Sever Trişcu came up free with the goalie in the 64th minute, the Ciragi FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sever Trişcu couldn't finish the play. When Ciragi FC's Cyrille Huynh in the 68th minute got a chance for a shot 68th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Ciragi FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but David Puric was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 72nd minute, Cyrille Huynh managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ciragi FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Cyrille Huynh was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Valer Spiridon breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Cyrille Huynh had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. When the referee blew the final whistle jeers and boos were heard from the home team's supporters. They were angered to see Ciragi FC lose a match they had controlled from the kick-off.
