Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Flavius Bosioc kicked off to start the match. 4 minutes into the game, Flavius Bosioc lined in a short shot 1-0 behind a frustrated Dumitru Ştef. Dumitru Ştef made an important save on a dangerous shot by Flavius Lunca in the 11th minute. Ghergheleu CSS's George Andriescu got a good chance for a goal in the 15th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Horia Demian kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. In the 19th minute the ball was on its way in behind Barateaz UFC's goalkeeper Aristide Paraschiv, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Flavius Bosioc in the 22nd minute of play forced Ghergheleu CSS's goalkeeper Dumitru Ştef to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Flavius Lunca had several of the Ghergheleu CSS's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 23 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 2-0 score and a disappointed Dumitru Ştef as he didn't even see the shot coming. 27 minutes into the match, Ghergheleu CSS's goal looked a bit too open when Alex Tunaru came free, but Dumitru Ştef reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 28th minute, Felix Brășneanu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Flavius Bosioc sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Ghergheleu CSS getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Sever Doinaș hit a great ball. With his leg Dumitru Ştef managed to avoid a goal in the 35thth minute, when Barateaz UFC's Flavius Lunca fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. After having played for 40 minutes, Flavius Lunca managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Barateaz UFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Flavius Lunca was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Leonard Crăiniceanu charged in rather forcefully in the 42nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Leonard Crăiniceanu the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Barateaz UFC booed when Ghergheleu CSS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Leonard Crăiniceanu didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 43rd minute, Mugurel Albeanu sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Ghergheleu CSS's Dumitru Ştef didn't even have to move. Flavius Lunca struck a weak shot in the 45th minute. Dumitru Ştef didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Barateaz UFC. With an all-out effort, Barateaz UFC's Dumitru Ştef threw himself towards the right post 47 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Flavius Bosioc, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Leonard Drăgan to make the kick off. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Flavius Lunca in the 52nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Dumitru Ştef prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a defensive mix-up in Ghergheleu CSS's zone, Flavius Bosioc stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dumitru Ştef came out of the goal and Flavius Bosioc tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ghergheleu CSS's Dumitru Ştef played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Flavius Lunca in the 57th minute of play. Dumitru Ştef didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Flavius Lunca went, in the 61st minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. After some fancy dribbling in the 68th minute, Flavius Bosioc managed to get in a good position for a shot. Barateaz UFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Flavius Bosioc was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Dumitru Ştef breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 70th minute, Flavius Bosioc ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Dumitru Ştef was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. If Flavius Lunca had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Flavius Bosioc received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Dumitru Ştef tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Barateaz UFC booed when Ghergheleu CSS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 81 match minutes in a wonderful position. Leonard Crăiniceanu didn't get a good kick on the ball. Dumitru Ştef came out of the goal in the 82nd minute to try and stop a shot by Barateaz UFC's Flavius Lunca. But to his dismay, Flavius Lunca quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-0. After 85 played minutes Ghergheleu CSS got a freekick which was hit by Leonard Drăgan. If Flavius Lunca had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Răzvan Minteuan kicked well hit freekick during the 89th minute of the match. If Flavius Lunca had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Flavius Bosioc recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 93rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Barateaz UFC's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
