Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Flavius Bosioc kicked off to start the match. Flavius Lunca could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 7th minute of the match, but Ernest Mortu made a huge save. The referee gave Scheia a penalty, 12 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Matei Oprea, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Barateaz UFC's Aristide Paraschiv. 0-1. Mugur Tadici kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. Barateaz UFC's Mugurel Albeanu shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 17th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Ernest Mortu but with some difficulty. If Flavius Lunca had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Flavius Lunca sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Aristide Paraschiv stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Victor Curăreanu's shot from short distance in the 33rd minute. With a little luck, Scheia's Ernest Mortu got control of the ball when Flavius Lunca tried to sneak it across the goal line. Horia Demian's late challenge caught a Scheia's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Horia Demian helped the player get up and apologised. In the 42nd match minute, Barateaz UFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Horia Demian to maneuver through the defense. Barateaz UFC's Aristide Paraschiv played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Victor Curăreanu in the 43rd minute of play. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

In the 51st minute, Flavius Lunca ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ernest Mortu was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. After some fancy dribbling in the 59th minute, Horia Demian managed to get in a good position for a shot. Barateaz UFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Horia Demian was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ernest Mortu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The supporters of Barateaz UFC booed when Scheia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Iacob Ponta didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Avram Zăvoiu fell near the penalty area in the 63rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Scheia's protests and gave Avram Zăvoiu a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Scheia's Avram Zăvoiu got a free kick in the 63rd minute. Ernest Mortu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mugurel Albeanu in the 64th minute of the match. Viorel Aluneanu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Barateaz UFC's Flavius Lunca got a good chance for a goal in the 74th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Flavius Lunca received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Ernest Mortu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 84th match minute, Barateaz UFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alex Tunaru to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Flavius Lunca in the 89th minute of play forced Scheia's goalkeeper Ernest Mortu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Flavius Lunca recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 91st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 92 minutes into the match, Scheia's goal looked a bit too open when Horia Demian came free, but Ernest Mortu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Although Barateaz UFC had been in control for most of the match, Scheia still came away with the win.
