The crowd rose to their feet as Gabriel Gănescu kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Andrei Pavel. That made the score 2-0 in the 11 minute of play. Adam Tatulici hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. In the 15th minute, Florin Pruneda ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Aristide Constantiniu was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. Gabriel Gănescu came free with the goalkeeper in the 24th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Andrei Pavel could save by the left post. Petrică Dobrea kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. In the 33rd minute Gabriel Gănescu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Andrei Pavel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mário Arce sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Aristide Constantiniu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Florin Pruneda in the 37th minute of play. Andrei Pavel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristian Curuțiu in the 39th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Mihai Măliță during the 41st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of FC Mihaesti booed when FC Fanaticii was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mihai Măliță didn't get a good kick on the ball. FC Fanaticii's Andrei Pavel proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 44th minute of the match, managed to save FC Fanaticii from getting a goal against them.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Gabriel Gănescu stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the match, FC Fanaticii's goal looked a bit too open when Cristian Curuțiu came free, but Andrei Pavel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Andrei Pavel stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Cristian Curuțiu's shot from short distance in the 65th minute. Alin Piersic fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aristide Constantiniu having to interfere. 74 minutes had been played when some careless play by FC Fanaticii's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. 莫军风 was slow to take the kick. During this time FC Mihaesti's players had a chance to rest. The corner led FC Mihaesti's 莫军风 to fire away a dangerous shot which Andrei Pavel despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. A collision led to FC Fanaticii getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Alin Piersic hit a great ball. FC Mihaesti's Gabriel Gănescu got a good chance for a goal in the 78th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 莫军风 sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 84th minute, Gigel Biriș hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. FC Fanaticii's Andrei Pavel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gabriel Gănescu in the 91st minute of play. Alin Piersic struck a weak shot in the 92nd minute. Aristide Constantiniu didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC Fanaticii. After 95th play minutes Cristian Curuțiu shot 3-1, a short shot which went by Andrei Pavel and just under the crossbar into goal.
