With a couple of smart ball manuevers Hugon Wierzcholek in the 26th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ernest Drogoreanu saved UFC Sarlotenburg from getting behind. With a little luck, CF Gloria Sieu's Cristoforo Morini got control of the ball when Lucian Zafiu tried to sneak it across the goal line. CF Gloria Sieu's Cristoforo Morini proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 30th minute of the match, managed to save CF Gloria Sieu from getting a goal against them. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Alin Baniu was the one to do the kick off. 53 minutes into the match, CF Gloria Sieu's goal looked a bit too open when Nicolae Măgureanu came free, but Cristoforo Morini reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Emil Mititelu came up free with the goalie in the 58th minute, the CF Gloria Sieu fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Emil Mititelu couldn't finish the play. Hugon Wierzcholeks short, quick shot in the 63rdth minute got Ernest Drogoreanu to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. CF Gloria Sieu's Cristoforo Morini played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lucian Zafiu in the 64th minute of play. Ernest Drogoreanu made a fantastic save in the 66th minute, when Hugon Wierzcholek sent off a good shot on target. When the final whistle went the supporters of CF Gloria Sieu were delighted that their team had defeated the much more dominant UFC Sarlotenburg side.
