FC Universitatea Cluj's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Emanuel Agachi was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Dan Gârleanu stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. CRANGASI FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Emanuel Agachi was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Iacob Cernat breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Grigore Bălcescu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Faik Derem having to interfere. Mihăiţă Petculescu kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Giannis Kalomiris in the 90th minute of play forced CRANGASI FC's goalkeeper Faik Derem to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. CRANGASI FC walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
