Spectators: 9162 (Terracing: 6873, Seating: 2107, VIP seats: 182) Unicorns ™'s Marin Tufescu started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 2nd minute, Toader Augustin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Gheorghe Albescu during the 4th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of AC Ony booed when Unicorns ™ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 4 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gheorghe Albescu didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a little luck, Unicorns ™'s Corneliu Vulpăşin got control of the ball when Cosmin Bădila tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 13 minutes, Silviu Bogătan mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Unicorns ™ and the AC Ony players grew even worse after the yellow card. Silviu Bogătan kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. Marin Tufescu kicked well hit freekick during the 14th minute of the match. In the 16th match minute, Unicorns ™ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Viorel Ruşdea to maneuver through the defense. The referee felt a red card was in order, 17 minutes into the game, when Mihail Bratiloveanu put in a rough tackle. Corneliu Vulpăşin had in the 20thth minute some difficulties stopping Ciprian Milan's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Vintilă Ardeleanu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 30th match minute, AC Ony was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pompiliu Dobrin to maneuver through the defense. If Marin Tufescu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Mihnea Jușcă showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marin Tufescu, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. Marin Tufescu succeeded in the game's 31st minute to get real power on a long shot . AC Ony's Mihnea Jușcă hadn't the time to block the shot which was pasted into the goal, 1-1! Unicorns ™'s Corneliu Vulpăşin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Louis Munteanu in the 34th minute of play. Unicorns ™'s Mihail Gherdan got a good chance for a goal in the 42nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. A collision led to AC Ony getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Francisc Ştiubei hit a great ball. If Niculae Bărbulescu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Niculae Bărbulescu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 47th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Louis Munteanu stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Silviu Bogătan hit a great freekick 50 minutes into the match. Corneliu Vulpăşin came out of the goal in the 56th minute to try and stop a shot by AC Ony's Louis Munteanu. But to his dismay, Louis Munteanu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. After 60 played minutes AC Ony got a freekick which was hit by Louis Munteanu. AC Ony made a substitution. Ionuț Popeangă replaced Louis Munteanu. Louis Munteanu kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. Corneliu Vulpăşin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cosmin Bădila in the 66th minute of the match. After 71 played minutes Unicorns ™ got a freekick which was hit by Gheorghe Albescu. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vintilă Ardeleanu in the 73rd minute of play forced Unicorns ™'s goalkeeper Corneliu Vulpăşin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 77th minute, Cosmin Bădila managed to get in a good position for a shot. AC Ony's supporters rose to their feet, but Cosmin Bădila was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Corneliu Vulpăşin breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 82 minutes into the match, Gheorghe Albescu had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Mihnea Jușcă. AC Ony's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Gheorghe Albescu was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-2. Valentin Alexandrescu kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. Corneliu Vulpăşin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ciprian Milan in the 87th minute of play. Niculae Bărbulescu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Mihnea Jușcă tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Unicorns ™'s Corneliu Vulpăşin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vintilă Ardeleanu in the 92nd minute of play. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
