Francisc Ştiubei kicked well hit freekick during the 12th minute of the match. A nice corner shot did that Leontin Ţurcaş got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Mihnea Jușcă quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Stefan Dobay in the 16th minute of play forced AC Ony's goalkeeper Mihnea Jușcă to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 20 minutes into the match, Stefan Dobay had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Mihnea Jușcă. AC Ony's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Stefan Dobay was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. 23 minutes into the match, AC Ony's goal looked a bit too open when Stefan Dobay came free, but Mihnea Jușcă reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mihnea Jușcă came out of the goal in the 26th minute to try and stop a shot by Carpathians's Stefan Dobay. But to his dismay, Stefan Dobay quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. In the 31st minute Stefan Dobay shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mihnea Jușcă saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ciprian Caba sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. AC Ony's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Carpathians the free kick. In the 44thth minute of the game Stefan Dobay who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but AC Ony's Mihnea Jușcă was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. With a little luck, Carpathians's Matei Răducu got control of the ball when Vintilă Ardeleanu tried to sneak it across the goal line. 47 minutes into the match, Stefan Dobay notched a goal, 0-4, to the right of AC Ony's Mihnea Jușcă. Mihnea Jușcă was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Louis Munteanu stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Ernest Arseanu hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. After some careless play in the AC Ony defense, Stefan Dobay kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Mihnea Jușcă. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. AC Ony's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. 85 minutes into the match, Carpathians's Stefan Dobay sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Mihnea Jușcă narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 87th minute Ciprian Caba shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Matei Răducu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 88 minutes into the match, Stefan Dobay notched a goal, 0-9, to the right of AC Ony's Mihnea Jușcă. Mihnea Jușcă was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 91 played minutes Carpathians got a freekick which was hit by Stefan Dobay. In the 96thth minute of the game Stefan Dobay who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but AC Ony's Mihnea Jușcă was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Carpathians's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
