Andreas Iakovidis dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. 47 minutes into the game, Nikos Kabourakis recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Andreas Iakovidis. Nikos Kabourakis showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Bruno Fernandes was the one to do the kick off. In the 52nd minute, Valentinos Stamatopoulos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Omiros Simos could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 58th minute of the match, but Mert Günok made a huge save. Atletico de Madrid were awarded a corner in the 59th minute after Mantoϊdion's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Segundo Maule took the corner. Giannis Dimitropoulos's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Mert Günok firmly grabbed it by the left post. In the 67th minute, Bruno Fernandes left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Mantoϊdion fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-0. Andreas Iakovidis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bruno Fernandes in the 71st minute of the match. If Giannis Dimitropoulos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 81st minute, Bruno Fernandes made a precise shot to the right of Andreas Iakovidis. Atletico de Madrid's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-0. Mert Günok made an important save on a dangerous shot by Giannis Dimitropoulos in the 90th minute. Atletico de Madrid were awarded a corner in the 91th minute after Mantoϊdion's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Segundo Maule took the corner. The corner ended in Segundo Maule almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Mantoϊdion's Mert Günok did a great save. After a rather tough play, Mantoϊdion's Bruno Fernandes got a free kick in the 97th minute. Mantoϊdion's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
