Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Nasir Yasser started the match with the kick off. 5 minutes into the game, Tarek Bahaa cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Badr Hafez was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Nasir Yasser kicked well hit freekick during the 8th minute of the match. Idfa's Badr Hafez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tarek Bahaa in the 10th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Haitham Mortada in the 12th minute of play forced Idfa's goalkeeper Badr Hafez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 15th match minute, Ebaba was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Haitham Mortada to maneuver through the defense. After some careless play in the Idfa defense, Haitham Mortada kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Badr Hafez. The Idfa fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Badr Hafez should have stopped the shot. Mohammed Nader fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ezz Mounir having to interfere. If Nasir Yasser had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Tarek Bahaa came up free with the goalie in the 28th minute, the Ebaba fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tarek Bahaa couldn't finish the play. Idfa's Badr Hafez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Haitham Mortada in the 30th minute of play. Badr Hafez came out of the goal in the 33rd minute to try and stop a shot by Ebaba's Haitham Mortada. But to his dismay, Haitham Mortada quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. Badr Hafez didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Haitham Mortada went, in the 38th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-4 was the resulting score. After 42 minutes, Nasir Yasser mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Idfa and the Ebaba players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 42nd match minute, Idfa was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nasir Yasser to maneuver through the defense. In the 43rd minute of the match Fahmy Abu Mosallam sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Badr Hafez skillfully saved the ball. Thanks to some nice moves Nasir Yasser could shoot a difficult shot in the 47th minute, which Ezz Mounir however easily saved by the left post. Ezz Mounir made a fantastic save in the 48th minute, when Nasir Yasser sent off a good shot on target. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-4 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Tarek Bahaa made a kick off. In the 56th minute Tarek Bahaa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Badr Hafez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 56 played minutes Idfa got a freekick which was hit by Ameer Gomaa. In the 60th match minute, Ebaba was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Emam El-Shater to maneuver through the defense. 63 minutes in the game, Tarek Bahaa fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Badr Hafez having to interfere. Badr Hafez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tarek Bahaa in the 65th minute of play. After 72 played minutes Idfa got a freekick which was hit by Nasir Yasser. 74 minutes into the game, Idfa's Nasir Yasser nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ezz Mounir made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-5. Mohammed Nader received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Ezz Mounir tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Nasir Yasser sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 86 minutes into the game, Haitham Mortada was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Ebaba's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Idfa the free kick. A collision led to Ebaba getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. Haitham Mortada hit a great ball. Haitham Mortada hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. Ebaba's Ezz Mounir played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nasir Yasser in the 90th minute of play. A collision led to Ebaba getting a freekick after 93 minutes play. Hamada El-Khateeb hit a great ball. The Ebaba supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Ebaba would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
