Güngör Haymanalı stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Mehmet Şefik Ünseven's shot from short distance in the 10th minute. In the 10th match minute, Beşiktaş JK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sadri Davarcı to maneuver through the defense. Hamit Altıncığlu hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. Cihan Bergin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dilmen Ganim in the 24th minute of the match. The supporters of Beşiktaş JK booed when Toros Kaplanı was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Altay Ayaydın didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 29th minute, Dilmen Ganim managed to get in a good position for a shot. Dilmen Ganim showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Mehmet Şefik Ünseven stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Mehmet Şefik Ünseven in the 53rdth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Remzi Yetener recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 85th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Hamit Altıncığlu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Cihan Bergin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Emrullah Baybora had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Dilmen Ganim succeeded in the game's 94th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 3-1. There was no doubt that Beşiktaş JK were the better team. Beşiktaş JK's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
