Spectators: 7527 (Terracing: 5646, Seating: 1731, VIP seats: 150) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Aytek Neval kicked off to start the match. Mehmet Anıl Tezer received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 3rd minute. Vecdet Ersal tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 10 minutes, Mehmet Anıl Tezer managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Yatagan's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mehmet Anıl Tezer was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 17th minute of the match Bektaş Veli İnan shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Vecdet Ersal showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. A collision led to Yatagan getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Kılıçhan Uzhan hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Yatagan's zone, Ayberk Onar stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Talha Zabit came out of the goal and Ayberk Onar tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Aytek Neval had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Atıf İzgü charged in rather forcefully in the 30th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Atıf İzgü the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 29th minute of the game. One of Galatasaray SK:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Yatagan:s goal. Bektaş Veli İnan shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. Aytek Neval sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Zaid Balcı recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 34th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Muhammet Tarık took the ball and in the 37 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Vecdet Ersal. Vecdet Ersal dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. In the 40th minute, Zaid Balcı got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Vecdet Ersal showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mehmet Anıl Tezer, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. In the 44th minute, Zaid Balcı left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Yatagan fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. After the first half Yatagan were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Mehmet Anıl Tezer recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 54th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Zaid Balcı in the 55thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Vecdet Ersal, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. 56 minutes into the match, Galatasaray SK's goal looked a bit too open when Mehmet Anıl Tezer came free, but Vecdet Ersal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Atıf İzgü was shown his second yellow card after 57 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. In the 58th match minute, Galatasaray SK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Atıf İzgü to maneuver through the defense. 63 minutes into the match, Yatagan's Zaid Balcı sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Vecdet Ersal narrowly saved just below the crossbar. An unexpected shot in the 73rd minute by Muhammet Tarık got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Vecdet Ersal made a fantastic save in the 91st minute, when Zaid Balcı sent off a good shot on target. If Ayberk Onar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Yatagan walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
