Merzifon's Baybars Urangu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tuncay Kurz in the 21st minute of play. 22 minutes into the match, Merzifon's goal looked a bit too open when Norberto-Osvaldo Haaland came free, but Baybars Urangu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 25th minute, Tuncay Kurz ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Baybars Urangu was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-4. In the 30th minute, Ertaç Kayıhan made a precise shot to the right of Baybars Urangu. Merzifon's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-5. 33 minutes into the game, Tuğrul Çağaçar cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-6. Baybars Urangu was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Çakır Bengisoy was the one to do the kick off. Norberto-Osvaldo Haaland fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Baybars Urangu having to interfere. WOLKANSKİ F.C's Paşa Ali Isfahanlı was substituted for Şevket Tükelay. After having played for 90 minutes, Atabek Mehdi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. WOLKANSKİ F.C's supporters crossed their fingers, but Atabek Mehdi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Tuğrul Çağaçar in the 91stth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Baybars Urangu, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. When the match clock showed 98 minutes, the score became 0-17 when Tuğrul Çağaçar sped through Merzifon's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Baybars Urangu.
