When the match had gone on for 31 minutes, Güner Özguven took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Melih Cevdet İlsev to make any attempt to save it. In the 35th minute the ball was on its way in behind ATAKUM FK's goalkeeper Mehmet Çağrı Açıker, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Alejandro Valverde to make the kick off. When the referee ended the match the ATAKUM FK players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
