After a rather tough play, FC Medina's Krisztián Horváth got a free kick in the 5th minute. After taking down the ball on FC CRYSTAL ᴱᴸᴵᵀᴱ's corner Tao Ke Zhi fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Gawhar Dashti quite easily take care of the ball. After 10 played minutes FC CRYSTAL ᴱᴸᴵᵀᴱ got a freekick which was hit by Jaber Jiragh. 14 minutes into the match, FC CRYSTAL ᴱᴸᴵᵀᴱ's goal looked a bit too open when Sharf Al Mofede came free, but Fabian Kosiorek reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sharf Al Mofede received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Fabian Kosiorek tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sharf Al Mofede in the 22nd minute of play forced FC CRYSTAL ᴱᴸᴵᵀᴱ's goalkeeper Fabian Kosiorek to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 25th minute, Jacinto Hermida managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC CRYSTAL ᴱᴸᴵᵀᴱ's supporters rose to their feet, but Jacinto Hermida was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gawhar Dashti breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Gawhar Dashti stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Olle Kvalfält's shot from short distance in the 31st minute. The supporters of FC CRYSTAL ᴱᴸᴵᵀᴱ booed when FC Medina was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. Riad Al Enzi didn't get a good kick on the ball. The FC CRYSTAL ᴱᴸᴵᵀᴱ fans' excitement grew in the 36th match minute when FC CRYSTAL ᴱᴸᴵᵀᴱ's Jacinto Hermida looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. After a defensive mix-up in FC CRYSTAL ᴱᴸᴵᵀᴱ's zone, Krisztián Horváth stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fabian Kosiorek came out of the goal and Krisztián Horváth tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Oun Al Asuosi made in the 53rd minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Fahhad Al Mothaf. After 54 played minutes FC CRYSTAL ᴱᴸᴵᵀᴱ got a freekick which was hit by Jacinto Hermida. FC Medina's Sadeq Al Ali got a good chance for a goal in the 62nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Krisztián Horváth received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Fabian Kosiorek tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpected shot in the 67th minute by Lucas Magee got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. 84 minutes into the match, Sharf Al Mofede notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of FC CRYSTAL ᴱᴸᴵᵀᴱ's Fabian Kosiorek. Fabian Kosiorek was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Krisztián Horváth kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. Fabian Kosiorek didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Sharf Al Mofede went, in the 91st minute, to the upper right corner, 2-2 was the resulting score.
