When the match clock showed 11 minutes, the score became 0-2 when Nikita Babushkin sped through FC SSAU 2007's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Aleksey Komarov. Rudolf Nigmatullin was out of position in the 14 minute of play, and Mikhail Emelin capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Mikhail Emelin really showed his touch with that goal: 1-2. 18 minutes into the match, Mikhail Emelin notched a goal, 2-2, to the right of SPB KLS's Rudolf Nigmatullin. Rudolf Nigmatullin was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Nikita Babushkin might have been able to make a better finish in the 28th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Aleksey Komarov. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Nikita Babushkin ran back to his position shaking his head. Rudolf Nigmatullin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mikhail Emelin in the 30th minute of the match. 37 minutes into the match, FC SSAU 2007's goal looked a bit too open when Nikita Babushkin came free, but Aleksey Komarov reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Aleksey Komarov took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Arkadiy Skokov, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience was convinced that Nikita Babushkin's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Aleksey Komarov was relentless in the 41st minute of the game.
