Yahalon Romm showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tiran Greenberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 3rd minute. Ibthan's Hosea Tajo got a good chance for a goal in the 4th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 6th minute, Tiran Greenberg got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 11 minutes into the game, Oz Richman was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Ibthan's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Grofit the free kick. After 11 played minutes Ibthan got a freekick which was hit by Oz Richman. After some careless play in the Grofit defense, Tiran Greenberg kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Yahalon Romm. The Grofit fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Yahalon Romm should have stopped the shot. Ibthan's Yora Zidel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Shalev Noyman in the 26th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Tiran Greenberg's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Yahalon Romm was relentless in the 29th minute of the game. 31 minutes into the game, Felix Gefen cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. In the 46th minute the ball was on its way in behind Grofit's goalkeeper Yahalon Romm, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Grofit's Yahalon Romm played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hosea Tajo in the 47th minute of play.
Hosea Tajo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 54th minute of the match, but Yahalon Romm made a huge save. Yahalon Romm took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hosea Tajo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
