Spectators: 8476 (Terracing: 6358, Seating: 1949, VIP seats: 169) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Brett Venz got the match started through his kick off. 5 minutes had been played when some careless play by Rubiton F.C's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Art Obree was slow to take the kick. During this time Don Osvaldo FC's players had a chance to rest. In the 9th minute, Aden Mcinnes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Don Osvaldo FC getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. Laurence Grieve hit a great ball. Andrews Raison, 13 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Brett Venz received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Bodo Rudwaleit came out and tried to block the shot, but Brett Venz slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 15th minute. Downing Delahide fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ryan Limmer having to interfere. Jarrod Sparrow made in the 32nd minute of the game a quick throw-in and Brett Venz immediately put the ball in play. 34 minutes into the match, Don Osvaldo FC's goal looked a bit too open when Brett Venz came free, but Bodo Rudwaleit reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bodo Rudwaleit showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Brett Venz in the 35th minute of the match. Bodo Rudwaleit made an important save on a dangerous shot by Brandes Mcquoid in the 36th minute. The supporters of Don Osvaldo FC booed when Rubiton F.C was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 37 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jarrod Sparrow didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 39th minute Downing Delahide suffered a knee injury and had to be helped off the field. After a rather tough play, Rubiton F.C's Joshua Eicke got a free kick in the 41st minute. Rubiton F.C's Ryan Limmer played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Keefer Turnbull in the 42nd minute of play. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Keefer Turnbull to make the kick off. In the 51st match minute, Don Osvaldo FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Laurence Kidman to maneuver through the defense. Jacob Roach fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bodo Rudwaleit having to interfere. Bodo Rudwaleit took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pete Dobson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The Rubiton F.C fans' excitement grew in the 59th match minute when Rubiton F.C's Brett Venz looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. The supporters of Rubiton F.C booed when Don Osvaldo FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 63 match minutes in a wonderful position. Buchanan Gannan didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to Rubiton F.C getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Joshua Eicke hit a great ball. Ryan Limmer showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Keefer Turnbull, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. Matt Boyd fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ryan Limmer having to interfere. Don Osvaldo FC's Bodo Rudwaleit played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Brett Venz in the 71st minute of play. 77 minutes into the match, Brett Venz had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Bodo Rudwaleit. Don Osvaldo FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Brett Venz was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-1. Bodo Rudwaleit showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Brett Venz, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. Brett Venz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Bodo Rudwaleit made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Brett Venz in the 85th minute of play. Bodo Rudwaleit showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jacob Roach in the 86th minute of the match. After 92 minutes, Keefer Turnbull mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Don Osvaldo FC and the Rubiton F.C players grew even worse after the yellow card. Keefer Turnbull kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. 93 minutes into the match, Don Osvaldo FC's goal looked a bit too open when Brett Venz came free, but Bodo Rudwaleit reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 94 minutes into the game, Broderick Todman was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Don Osvaldo FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Rubiton F.C the free kick. Rubiton F.C's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
