Spectators: 8440 (Terracing: 6331, Seating: 1941, VIP seats: 168) Brett Venz's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 7thth minute, Albert Carberry skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. 14 minutes into the game, Bert Baptiste cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Ryan Limmer was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 21 played minutes Concordia got a freekick which was hit by Long Lovis. Bo Norden recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 23rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 29th minute, Long Lovis made a precise shot to the right of Ryan Limmer. Rubiton F.C's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. 34 minutes into the game, Brett Venz recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Albert Carberry. Brett Venz showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-2. Jarrod Sparrow kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. Jervis Boneheyo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ryan Limmer having to interfere. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

In the 52nd minute, Jervis Boneheyo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Concordia fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-3. In the 55th minute Brett Venz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Albert Carberry saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 56 minutes, Burns Veitch mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Concordia and the Rubiton F.C players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 56th minute, Burns Veitch hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 58 minutes into the game, Joshua Eicke was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Rubiton F.C's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Concordia the free kick. In the 57th minute, one of Rubiton F.C:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Rubiton F.C. Rubiton F.C's Ryan Limmer played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Long Lovis in the 62nd minute of play. If Jacob Roach had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Concordia's zone, Aden Mcinnes stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Albert Carberry came out of the goal and Aden Mcinnes tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Brett Venz's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Albert Carberry read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 68th minute of play. In the 68th minute, Brett Venz ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Albert Carberry was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-4. The audience was convinced that Brett Venz's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Albert Carberry was relentless in the 73rd minute of the game. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Brett Venz in the 74th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Albert Carberry saved Concordia from getting behind. After having played for 75 minutes, Jacob Roach managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Rubiton F.C's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jacob Roach was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Brett Venz in the 79th minute of play forced Concordia's goalkeeper Albert Carberry to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Albert Carberry showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Brett Venz, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. Long Lovis charged in rather forcefully in the 83rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Long Lovis the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Rubiton F.C booed when Concordia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 83 match minutes in a wonderful position. Long Lovis didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Rubiton F.C's Brett Venz in the 84th minute got a chance for a shot 84th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Concordia's goalie prevented a goal. The supporters of Concordia booed when Rubiton F.C was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pete Dobson didn't get a good kick on the ball. Barry Galvin took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 87th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Ryan Limmer. Rubiton F.C's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Long Lovis hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. Albert Carberry showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aden Mcinnes in the 91st minute of the match. In the 93rdth minute of the game Brett Venz who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Concordia's Albert Carberry was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When the final whistle went the supporters of Concordia were delighted that their team had defeated the much more dominant Rubiton F.C side.
