DaRush proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 14th minute of the match, managed to save Clue Team Challenge 2024 from getting a goal against them. 17 minutes into the match, MIT Craiova's goal looked a bit too open when Roy Cordu came free, but Emanuel Blajovan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 23 minutes into the match, Azure Meadow had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Emanuel Blajovan. MIT Craiova's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Azure Meadow was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. After a rather tough play, Clue Team Challenge 2024's Roy Cordu got a free kick in the 29th minute. Tiberiu Caramarin might have been able to make a better finish in the 31st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over O. M. G. DaRush. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Tiberiu Caramarin ran back to his position shaking his head. O. M. G. DaRush made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tiberiu Caramarin in the 31st minute of play. O. M. G. DaRush showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bogdan Bucataru, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. Emanuel Blajovan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arty Eightman in the 40th minute of play. In the 40th minute Arty Eightman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Emanuel Blajovan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Clue Team Challenge 2024's zone, Tiberiu Caramarin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. O. M. G. DaRush came out of the goal and Tiberiu Caramarin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

Clue Team Challenge 2024's Manny Mills was substituted for Roy Cordu. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Tiberiu Caramarin to make the kick off. Emanuel Blajovan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arty Eightman in the 62nd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tiberiu Caramarin in the 70th minute of play forced Clue Team Challenge 2024's goalkeeper O. M. G. DaRush to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 71 minutes into the game, Manny Mills recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Emanuel Blajovan. Manny Mills showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-2. Clue Team Challenge 2024's Joaquin Fiat was substituted for Arty Eightman. 76 minutes into the match, Clue Team Challenge 2024's goal looked a bit too open when Nicodim Orășan came free, but O. M. G. DaRush reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. O. M. G. DaRush showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tiberiu Caramarin, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. In the 97th minute, Manny Mills hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the match was over Clue Team Challenge 2024 could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than MIT Craiova throughout the match.
