The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 5thth minute of the game Arty Eightman who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but F.C. København's Blas Cidro was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Kenney Aasum's late challenge caught a Clue Team Challenge 2024's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Kenney Aasum helped the player get up and apologised. In the 6th minute Arty Eightman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Blas Cidro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 11th minute, Whiskers McFish got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Kris Stendrup fell near the penalty area in the 17th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored F.C. København's protests and gave Kris Stendrup a yellow card for diving instead. Kris Stendrup hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Azure Meadow in the 21st minute of play forced F.C. København's goalkeeper Blas Cidro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Arty Eightman in the 23rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Blas Cidro prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 25th minute of the match Guy Thorax sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Blas Cidro skillfully saved the ball. Blas Cidro didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Arty Eightman went, in the 27th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. Guy Thorax scored 1-2 in the 36th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Blas Cidro, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 39th minute the ball was on its way in behind F.C. København's goalkeeper Blas Cidro, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Carl Leer in the 41st minute of play forced Clue Team Challenge 2024's goalkeeper O. M. G. DaRush to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. O. M. G. DaRush made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kenney Aasum in the 44th minute of play. O. M. G. DaRush showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Augustin Staalfos in the 48th minute of the match. The F.C. København players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Clue Team Challenge 2024 were winning 1-2.

54 minutes into the match, Clue Team Challenge 2024's Arty Eightman sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Blas Cidro narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The supporters of Clue Team Challenge 2024 booed when F.C. København was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jose Brejnebøl didn't get a good kick on the ball. Blas Cidro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Manny Mills, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. In the 65th minute Arty Eightman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Blas Cidro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. O. M. G. DaRush made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kenney Aasum in the 67th minute of play. If Arty Eightman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Clue Team Challenge 2024's Snoop Fiddlefaddle was substituted for Diego Goalzalez. F.C. København made a substitution. Erasmo Afonso replaced Nicholas Haaf. Clue Team Challenge 2024's Joaquin Fiat was substituted for Arty Eightman. Blas Cidro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joaquin Fiat, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. Smoggy Hills hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. Azure Meadow came free with the goalkeeper in the 91st minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Blas Cidro could save by the left post. In the 97th minute Augustin Staalfos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but O. M. G. DaRush saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
