Jose Brejnebøl received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Vagnar Tholsted came out and tried to block the shot, but Jose Brejnebøl slotted it home off the left post making it 3-0 in the 36th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Augustin Staalfos got free with Vagnar Tholsted in the 40th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 43rd minute, Jose Brejnebøl ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Vagnar Tholsted was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Henrik Hegnsbøl to make the kick off. With an all-out effort, Dynamo Brabrand's Blas Cidro threw himself towards the right post 73 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Henrik Hegnsbøl, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. After a defensive mix-up in Dynamo Brabrand's zone, Augustin Staalfos stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Vagnar Tholsted came out of the goal and Augustin Staalfos tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Augustin Staalfos in the 77th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Vagnar Tholsted saved Dynamo Brabrand from getting behind. After a rather tough play, F.C. København's Freddie Stavngaard got a free kick in the 80th minute. When Henrik Hegnsbøl came up free with the goalie in the 82nd minute, the Dynamo Brabrand fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Henrik Hegnsbøl couldn't finish the play.
