Arnoldo Escobedo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Octavio Fournier in the 21st minute of the match. A collision led to Brooklyn SC getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. Cristopher Saenz hit a great ball. 23 minutes into the match, Brooklyn SC's goal looked a bit too open when Josh Williamson came free, but Arnoldo Escobedo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 25th minute, Erik Clifton hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 29th play minutes Cristopher Saenz shot 2-0, a short shot which went by Rodrick Layton and just under the crossbar into goal. After a rather tough play, S.D. Bajen's Adolfo Harris got a free kick in the 33rd minute. With a little luck, S.D. Bajen's Rodrick Layton got control of the ball when Foster Isaac tried to sneak it across the goal line. The supporters of S.D. Bajen booed when Brooklyn SC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Junior Khan didn't get a good kick on the ball. 36 minutes into the match, Octavio Fournier had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Arnoldo Escobedo. Brooklyn SC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Octavio Fournier was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. Cristopher Saenz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Brian Mendoza kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Octavio Fournier stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Brooklyn SC's Junior Khan got a free kick in the 54th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Octavio Fournier in the 56th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Arnoldo Escobedo saved Brooklyn SC from getting behind. Brooklyn SC's Arnoldo Escobedo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 57th minute of the match, managed to save Brooklyn SC from getting a goal against them. The supporters of S.D. Bajen booed when Brooklyn SC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Domenic Ring didn't get a good kick on the ball. 63 minutes into the match, Brooklyn SC's goal looked a bit too open when Erik Clifton came free, but Arnoldo Escobedo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rodrick Layton made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristopher Saenz in the 69th minute of play. S.D. Bajen's Rodrick Layton played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristopher Saenz in the 71st minute of play. Domenic Ring kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match. In the 81st minute of the match, Erik Clifton tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Arnoldo Escobedo saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Cristopher Saenz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 90th minute, Cristopher Saenz managed to get in a good position for a shot. Brooklyn SC's supporters rose to their feet, but Cristopher Saenz was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rodrick Layton breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Foster Isaac kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match. After 96 minutes, Josh Williamson mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the S.D. Bajen and the Brooklyn SC players grew even worse after the yellow card. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Brooklyn SC had played much better football throughout.
