Richard Hefter started the match with the kick off. Román Macaya was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but You Wei Xing showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 3 minute of play. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 5th minute of the game. One of Red Bull Magnus:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Paraná Clube Brasil:s goal. After 10 minutes Paraná Clube Brasil's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Sten Koch who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Sten Koch got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Román Macaya quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. 12 minutes into the match, Paraná Clube Brasil's goal looked a bit too open when Richard Hefter came free, but Román Macaya reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Red Bull Magnus were awarded a corner in the 13th minute after Paraná Clube Brasil's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Sten Koch took the corner. Walmir Martini hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. Román Macaya acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 15th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Sten Koch. After having played for 17 minutes, Richard Hefter managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Red Bull Magnus's supporters crossed their fingers, but Richard Hefter was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The crowd rose to their feet as Red Bull Magnus's You Wei Xing slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Román Macaya. That made the score 2-1 after 26 minutes of play. 29 minutes into the match, Red Bull Magnus's Richard Hefter sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Román Macaya narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 29 minutes into the game, Richard Hefter cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-1. Román Macaya was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Paraná Clube Brasil's Román Macaya proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 32nd minute of the match, managed to save Paraná Clube Brasil from getting a goal against them. The referee felt a red card was in order, 35 minutes into the game, when Timoteo Eneko put in a rough tackle. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 34th minute of the game. The crowd rose to their feet as Deng Wei Lin kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Román Macaya. That made the score 4-2 in the 40 minute of play. When the match had gone on for 42 minutes, Richard Hefter took a quick shot and it went in 5-2 without a chance for Román Macaya to make any attempt to save it. After 45 played minutes Red Bull Magnus got a freekick which was hit by Diego Nathan. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 5-2.

Red Bull Magnus made a substitution. Felipe Araújo replaced Luisão Negri. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Giuseppe Prestes stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. When Carlos Augusto Donatello fell near the penalty area in the 55th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Paraná Clube Brasil's protests and gave Carlos Augusto Donatello a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Red Bull Magnus booed when Paraná Clube Brasil was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Carlos Augusto Donatello didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 67th minute, Felipe Araújo made a precise shot to the right of Román Macaya. Paraná Clube Brasil's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 6-2. Felipe Araújo scored 7-2 in the 89th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Román Macaya, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Paraná Clube Brasil's Román Macaya played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Diego Nathan in the 92nd minute of play. Carlos Augusto Donatello hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. There was no doubt that Red Bull Magnus were the better team. Red Bull Magnus's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
