Jim Morrison started the match with the kick off. David Abad showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Florencio Montrell, who was totally free with the ball in the 5th minute. Lucho Garkalin made in the 15th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Chinese CJ Youth Academy's Primitivo Balesio. When Luan Pombo came up free with the goalie in the 16th minute, the Chinese CJ Youth Academy fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Luan Pombo couldn't finish the play. 19 minutes into the match, Naboonga Wild Katt FC's goal looked a bit too open when Turgut Soyuer came free, but Anton Björnberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Anton Björnberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Turgut Soyuer, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. Paulo Díaz made in the 25th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Dario Delfino immediately put the ball in play. In the 26th minute, Turgut Soyuer made a precise shot to the right of Anton Björnberg. Naboonga Wild Katt FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. David Abad made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Florencio Montrell in the 30th minute of play. Naboonga Wild Katt FC's attack was well implemented in the 30th minute, but when Florencio Montrell was about to shoot he didn't get a good hit on the ball and it hit the crossbar and flew over. The supporters of Chinese CJ Youth Academy booed when Naboonga Wild Katt FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 37 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jim Morrison didn't get a good kick on the ball. Anton Björnberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Turgut Soyuer in the 42nd minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Turgut Soyuer in the 42nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Anton Björnberg saved Naboonga Wild Katt FC from getting behind. The crowd rose to their feet as Naboonga Wild Katt FC's Jim Morrison slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of David Abad. That made the score 1-1 after 46 minutes of play. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Turgut Soyuer to make the kick off. A throw-in in the 55th minute of the game was made by Cayetano Cordaro with Florencio Montrell as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. A collision led to Naboonga Wild Katt FC getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Dan Wiberg hit a great ball. 62 minutes into the game, Florencio Montrell cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. David Abad was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Quentin Francis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without David Abad having to interfere. Naboonga Wild Katt FC's Manuel Silban was substituted for Quentin Francis. David Abad showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pepe Argento in the 78th minute of the match. Cayetano Cordaro got a throw-in 85 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Pepe Argento. Turgut Soyuer sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 89 minutes into the match, Naboonga Wild Katt FC's goalkeeper Anton Björnberg had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Turgut Soyuer. In the 91st minute Pepe Argento shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but David Abad saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Turgut Soyuer got free with Anton Björnberg in the 94th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Naboonga Wild Katt FC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Chinese CJ Youth Academy for a fine match.
