An unexpectedly hard shot by Boleslaw Sidorowicz in the 6th minute of play forced Novos Troncos's goalkeeper Pablo Maggio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Nestor Sancho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 15th minute Uudo Aalto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mías Khalifa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Pablo Maggio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Boleslaw Sidorowicz in the 32nd minute of play. 34 minutes had been played when some careless play by Novos Troncos's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Sabri Ravelli was slow to take the kick. During this time Simbo FC's players had a chance to rest. Piotr Ostrowski was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. Novos Troncos's Pablo Maggio proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 38th minute of the match, managed to save Novos Troncos from getting a goal against them. Pablo Maggio made an important save on a dangerous shot by Tincho Palermo in the 44th minute. In the 48th minute, Simbo FC's Nestor Sancho ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Pablo Maggio. Pablo Maggio yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-0. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Uudo Aalto was the one to do the kick off. 55 minutes into the match, Simbo FC's Tincho Palermo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Pablo Maggio narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 56th minute Tincho Palermo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pablo Maggio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 58th minute Boleslaw Sidorowicz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pablo Maggio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mías Khalifa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from David Bernad in the 62nd minute of the match. Simbo FC's Mías Khalifa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Uudo Aalto in the 65th minute of play. Simbo FC made a substitution. Miliano Sacristán replaced Tincho Palermo. Pablo Maggio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nestor Sancho in the 70th minute of play. If Uudo Aalto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mías Khalifa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from David Bernad in the 78th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Novos Troncos's zone, Miliano Sacristán stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Pablo Maggio came out of the goal and Miliano Sacristán tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Nestor Sancho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Pablo Maggio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Simbo FC had won after a very even match.
