Club Almirante Brown's Nicanor Ceandro shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 4th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Ermegildo Matxin but with some difficulty. Flavio Peter took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bartolo Mantzio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 6 minutes into the match, Club Almirante Brown's goal looked a bit too open when Domingo Henric came free, but Flavio Peter reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Flavio Peter showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cecilio Sugar in the 9th minute of the match. Flavio Peter took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bartolo Mantzio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 18 minutes had been played when some careless play by Club Almirante Brown's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Benigno Kauldi was slow to take the kick. During this time BAC Belgrano de Cba's players had a chance to rest. A nice corner shot did that Benigno Kauldi got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Flavio Peter quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. After 24 played minutes BAC Belgrano de Cba got a freekick which was hit by Åke Hjortsberg. Flavio Peter showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cecilio Sugar in the 26th minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Felix Gines's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ermegildo Matxin was relentless in the 27th minute of the game. Felix Gines came free with the goalkeeper in the 30th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Ermegildo Matxin could save by the left post. Domingo Henric recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 35th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 38 minutes into the match, BAC Belgrano de Cba's goalkeeper Ermegildo Matxin had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Felix Gines. In the 41st minute, Ovidio Refugio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 43 minutes into the match, BAC Belgrano de Cba's goal looked a bit too open when Benedicto Chale came free, but Ermegildo Matxin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Felix Gines in the 46thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Ermegildo Matxin, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Cecilio Sugar stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Domingo Henric in the 55th minute of play forced Club Almirante Brown's goalkeeper Flavio Peter to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 61 minutes into the match, BAC Belgrano de Cba's goal looked a bit too open when Benedicto Chale came free, but Ermegildo Matxin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 62nd minute, Benedicto Chale hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. BAC Belgrano de Cba's Ermegildo Matxin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wilfredo Segio in the 70th minute of play. In the 71st minute, Bartolo Mantzio reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Flavio Peter. The goal made the score 0-1. Club Almirante Brown's Flavio Peter played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gavino Ongile in the 82nd minute of play. Club Almirante Brown's Flavio Peter proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 87th minute of the match, managed to save Club Almirante Brown from getting a goal against them. Flavio Peter made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bartolo Mantzio in the 90th minute of play. When the match had gone on for 93 minutes, Wilfredo Segio put it in 1-1 from a short distance just to the right of Ermegildo Matxin. Club Almirante Brown succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though BAC Belgrano de Cba had controlled the match.
