Mike Cassar Torreggiani showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nils-Åke Kinnman in the 15th minute of the match. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Nils-Åke Kinnman was the one to do the kick off. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Nils-Åke Kinnman in the 50th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Mike Cassar Torreggiani prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After some careless play in the Blåvitt defense, Sixten Hernström kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Mike Cassar Torreggiani. The Blåvitt fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Mike Cassar Torreggiani should have stopped the shot. In the 60th minute of the match Sänningstjärns BK got a corner. Blåvitt's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Sixten Hernström ran over to the corner to take the kick. After taking down the ball on Sänningstjärns BK's corner Jens-Ola Rydberg fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Mike Cassar Torreggiani quite easily take care of the ball. In the 92nd minute, Blåvitt's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Olof Wallin fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post.
